Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Reach & Roam purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll gladly assist. Returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Are any purchases final sale?

Certain sale, personalised or clearance items may not be eligible for return. If an item is final sale, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.

When will I get my order?

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products made?

Our wooden play gyms are handcrafted locally in Cape Town, South Africa. Other Reach & Roam products are carefully sourced from selected manufacturing partners.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated according to your delivery location and the size of your order. Your delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Is the play gym suitable from birth?

Our play gyms and sensory dangles are designed for supervised play. Always use them under adult supervision and check all components regularly for signs of wear.
